Under 13 – Parental Consent Required

Children are not the primary audience of our Services but we recognize that children under the age of 13 may use them. To use our Service, any child under 13 years old, will need to get parental consent. We use ChildGuardOnline™ to this end. Once a child under age 13 starts to sign up on our website, Mobile App, or Digital Game, that child will be presented with a page to enter parent or guardian information for approval. They will not be able to proceed with the registration for our Service and no targeted advertising cookies will be deployed before such parental consent is acquired. The parent will then receive an email to approve the child’s registration. In order to grant approval, the parent will need to confirm his/her identity by providing certain information to ChildGuardOnline. After the validation is complete, the child’s ability to log in to our Mobile App, Digital Game, or access the full website will be controlled by the parent through ChildGuardOnline’s Parent Portal.

Parents can review or have deleted the child's personal information, and refuse to permit further collection or use of the child's information by contacting us per the contact details below.

Parents may at any time withdraw consent through the Parent Portal.

Parents may contact us, per the contact details below with any questions regarding how we use personal information or children or regarding the privacy policies of any third parties with whom we share children’s personal information.

We will take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting personally identifiable information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child's parent or legal guardian.
